RETURN/REFUND POLICY

At VCARE NATURAL, we strive to provide you with the highest quality products and ensure your satisfaction:

  1. When Are Returns Catered: If the packaging of the product is undamaged and not opened and is in its original condition with seal of product intact and not broken. Under this case the reason of return given by buyer to be valid shall then require buyer to email info@vcarenatural.com sharing image of product and writing a brief on its case. Upon intimation from Vcarenatural Team via email only then the buyer can process the item forward for return. Where in this case the buyer will choose a courier service provider from its own and Vcarenatural will not be responsible on any damage then seen on products at time of delivery by buyer. 

  2. Exchange: We do not offer product exchanges at this time.

Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it OR before it has been dispatched, whichever comes first.

Order Cancellation After Dispatch

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, cancellation is not guaranteed.

If you choose not to receive the parcel, you may refuse delivery.
Please note: Shipping and handling charges may be deducted from your refund for prepaid orders.


🚫 Non-Cancelable & Non-Returnable Products

Due to hygiene and safety standards, the following items cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once confirmed:

  • Skincare, haircare, and wellness products once opened or unsealed

  • Hygiene-related items

  • Any promotional, discounted, or bundle offers

  • Products damaged due to misuse after delivery


💰 Advance Payment Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued through the original payment method within 5–7 business days after cancellation approval.
